Remember November

The Republican Governors Association launched a website today, Remember November, headlined by a video designed to scare Americans away from President Barack Obama. The music itself does the trick for me.

Seriously though, it is a well done video, if not a little bit beyond where you can usually find the RGA.



The president, on the same day, launched his campaign to bring young voters to the polls in November. He pointed to the successes of his administration, as I pointed out earlier, while also showing the progress yet to be made. "Our work isn't finished," he said.

Obama called on all of those who showed up in 2008 to do so again. The likelihood of that happening is slim, but he had to do it. Interesting, I read a post earlier today asking if any president ever targeted a specific group for support before. The answer to that: absolutely. It happens all the time. It's called politics.
