Also, Jim has been struggling a little bit because the NYT wrote a somewhat scathing (but generally soft) story about investigations going on at Tennessee.

I'll leave analysis for later and just tell you that Jim sent me this article, claiming that it debunks the whole thing. Read it, then I'll let you in on some detail.

    Well you know I think the government should take over our health care system, so I guess I'm not racist.? What does health care legislation have to do with race? Just another red herring.
