Happy Holiday everyone. Just a couple of cool updates and links and such.

First, I finally got a bed. Two actually. And much thanks is due to the twin brother of Adam's dad and his wife. They gave me a bed, an air mattress and a T.V. stand. It is pretty awesome. I also grabbed my good buddy Jim Cain from the airport today and he may be more thankful than me at the moment since he now won't have to sleep on the floor.

Another quick note: we are at my place watching the Washington Nationals game and Nick Johnson of the Nats had My Posse's On Broadway as his plate song. Yes, Sir Mix-A-Lot. That just happened.

And finally, some pretty crazy news out of Alaska today that another prominent Republican is heading down and out. Maybe she's just getting ready to run for President? Oh, how I'd love to see those halloween costumes and voices again...

Big day tomorrow as we head to the Nats game, the parade and then the mall for a big 4th celebration. Everyone stay safe and have a great time.
